A video Tuesday showing a maskless officer pretending to briefly unholster his service weapon during a demonstration, holding it close to his body and pointing down, sparked the rally. In his holster, he soon re-secured the pistol while the crowd repeatedly shouted abuse at him, calling him a “p-y!” ,” shows recordings.
