Halsey announced her makeup line on Monday, with the brand name “about-face”. She made it official by posting pictures on Instagram with a detailed caption saying, “about-face is officially available for preorders now! Many of you may already know that i have done my own makeup for concerts, red carpets, magazine covers, and music videos alike for a long time. It is one of my greatest loves, but i have always stood firm in the belief that makeup is about feeling cool—not looking perfect. I have worked tirelessly on this for years with an incredible team and i hope you feel my DNA all over it.”
The products on the site of about-beauty includes highly-pigmented and ultra-colorful eyeshadow sticks ($21), matte lip color ($22) and liquid highlighter ($32) as well as many other products that are on the brand’s just released website. www.aboutface.com
Currently available for pre-order and officially launching on Jan. 25, the line includes 10 categories from face, lip and eye products to tools and makeup cases for a total of 40 products.
Halsey also mentioned that all products are safe as they vegan and cruelty-free. The prices of the products are ranging from $17 to $32. Everyone can purchase the products directly on the aboutface.com website and in a year-long collaboration with subscription company Ipsy.
